Make my first purchase of some very good AJ All Stars of good quality in the shipment, it took a long time to arrive.

I placed an order with Minomog on December 17, 2025, at 9:05 AM. Then on Fri, Dec 19, 10:20 AM, I received an email stating that my order had shipped. To this day, the tracking number provided shows “No tracking information found for this number.” Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact Minomog via email at cssupport and by phone at (202) 630-9435 (The Google Subscriber you have called is not available...), with no response. At this point, I have no confirmation that my order has actually shipped or when it will arrive. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Buyers should be cautious, as there appears to be no reliable customer support and possibly a scam.

Ordered shoes on 11/28, stated will deliver in 5-10 business days. Got a "shipped" notification on 12/1.. they have not updated shipping since 12/2, doesn't even say USPS has it. Was told by customer service last week 3-4 days they'll deliver but never did, was shipping through USPS and I have been on their site, and never saw a delay due to severe weather notification.i asked them for updates every few days and they even said they'd get the shipping updated, it never did. And when I told them I wanted a refund because clearly the shoes are not coming they fought me on it. Telling me just wait a couple more days they'll be there by the 20th. All while the USPS tracking is still not updating.. tracking number doesn't even work on the USPS site anymore. Customer service does answer, granted no one knows where anything is or why nothing updates, Questionable site. And other people's reviews are similar

Very disappointed and would most definitely not use these again. Apparently My order is on its way, however after Twelve days of waiting still no order (On waterproof Boots) So I then make contact via email only then I’m told that my order isn’t coming. Apparently they don’t have my size even after I placed my order and I get a notification that my order has been dispatched and then I receive another message to confirm that my order is out for delivery.
