I keep hitting barriers to actually…
I keep hitting barriers to actually getting my product. There seems to be "one more thing" I need to do and I am still waiting to talk with a doctor.

Sent to wrong address and HIPPA violation
One perscription was sent to an address 3 states away. Somehow they were able to find out our address and mail it to us. So D- on mailing to wrong address and F-------------- for violating our privacy by giving our address to a complete stranger. DING DING DING I think we have a HIPPA violation to self report

Hi Kevin, I researched your package. The error was caused by USPS. It was USPS who also forwarded your package to your correct address once they caught the mistake. Your package was never opened and a HIPAA violation did not occur. I'm sorry that this happened and we hope that you will not look upon us negatively over an error that we had no control over. Thank you

Ordering process is difficult
Ordering process is difficult. Filled out Rx, sent DL pic and self photo, a week goes by and nothing. Contact mintrx and they say they are waiting for prescription info and pics of id and portrait. 2nd order it happened with. Very frustrating.
