The man with whom I spoke was very kind and compassionate. I feel very confident that my sister will be well taken care of, and that relieves my mind as I leave to go back home after visiting her. Thank you.

Product didn't hold charge as stated
Product didn't hold charge as stated. Too many "we have rec'd your call" then something like "we will connect your call as soon as an operate is available" something like that. I could be dead by then.
