The representative that I spoke with was amazing very nice and helpful.
The representative that I spoke with Aaron, was a great help. He also explained everything in detail and made this very easy for us to order. Thank You!

So far
So far, my experience has been "blah." I have no idea whether the device will work because I haven't received it, even though my check to MobilHelp cleared the bank immediately. The reviews I read highly recommended MobilHelp but I cannot.

We require a minimum 10-day hold for any accounts paid using checking or check. You equipment is schedule to be shipped this week and arrive this week. Representatives are available Monday - Friday from 8AM to 8PM and Saturday from 9AM to 6PM EST.
