The rep Nathan Carter was so understanding and compassionate but very professional. He explained everything and wasn’t pushy. I am young and to have to face these medical conditions is hard.

A Happy Customer
I received my equipment on time with easy setup and information. The only problem . I'm petite, and l did not care for the unit around my neck. I called customer care, problem solved quickly and easily. So easy to talk to, they cared about my comfort. Love them !
