I reached out to get info. I was blessed to get Stacy who was so kind and so helpful. She answered all my questions and allowed me time to share with my family. I’m 75 and live alone with my dog. I’d like to stay in my home and this will be very helpful for me to do just that.

It worked the first time my mother…
It worked the first time my mother needed it, although I thought she was in at home. Either she needed to be more specific about her location or they needed to be more specific about her location when contacting me. You could provide a little more explanation about how the system works for the user and the family members who are alerted as to what the process is. We were both confused about what to do and where she was at.
