Very helpful in getting things started
Very helpful in getting things started. Explained how the unit works so my 90 yr old mother could understand what she was getting and how easy it was to get signed up for the service.

The representative i was fortunate…Samantha
The representative i was fortunate enough to speak with, Samantha, was knowledgeable, professional and personable. She knew the product backward and forward. Samantha was patient in answering all my questions and concerns. A terrific employee!
