Ease of Understanding
I was able to understand the possibilities and he explained the plans available. With his help I was able to choose the plan best for me at this time.

I was disappointed that I had to resort…
I was disappointed that I had to resort using the wired version. I end ed up sending the first and second device together with the one return slip. It ju just seemed difficult. I hope the wired version works
