Customer Service
The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable & explained what would be the best device for what I wanted. If the company keeps people like this who are friendly, helpful & know the product they will be fine.

I dropped my monitor and accidently…
I dropped my monitor and accidently hit the help button In a few minutes I was able to cancel. so far everyone has been patient and helpful;

Mathew was wonderful..
Mathew was wonderful...explained the equipment, pricing and answered all my questions. Called me back when he said he would and we easily finalized the contract. Exceptional employee.

What you need
The representative assisted me with selecting a device to meet my mother's needs. It was a very comfortable conversation. All my questions were answered.
