While ordering a MobileHelp Duo system this afternoon, I got shafted twice by your website. When I started the purchase an hour ago, it offered a base price of $461.45/year. In addition, a $40.00 discount coupon popped up, which I immediately clicked on. However, at the tail end of the form, it required me to enter a four-digit lock box number. Since I hadn’t remembered seeing that number earlier, I backed up to find out what was required. Finding nothing, I called your customer service number, where Nathan helpfully explained that I had to create my own lock box code and enter it into that box. When I proceeded to go forward and reentered the necessary information: - Shaft #1: The base price of the unit had magically increased from $461.45/year to $494.45 year. - Shaft #2: The $40.00 discount coupon had magically disappeared. Having just lost at least $73.00, I nonetheless made the purchase (through gritted teeth). I’d greatly appreciate being made whole.
