I've been a customer for several years, and when I fell last year, the system worked perfectly. I've found that test calls complete in areas when I don't have cell phone coverage, a big plus. Customer service is superb also, and if any component fails, the replacement is shipped overnight. Can't beat that with an apple watch / cell phone combination. The key lock box they send is trash, but you can buy a better one elsewhere. If your AC power is out, you'll need a backup supply of AC for the solo base, which can be an unexpected cost.

I am glad I have mobile help, I live in the country with limited help.

It was a pleasure working with Stuart Hershey. He was very friendly and was extremely knowledgeable about his product .

While I have not had need to use MobileHelp since I acquired it (thankfully), I find the personel very helpful. My testing the equipment on a bi-annual basis is always met with very pleasant people.
