I was not at home, and my family heard the call through the base box. Your agent was able to tell us exactly where she was, through GPS, and that it was an accidental bump to the wrist band.

I need them one time when I had a TIA (mini stroke) I have them every so often because I had a major stroke. in 2007 Thanks To Mobile Help

I had excellent help when I called. I wish they would call me 1x a month instead of me having to remember to call. Because on the trial I don’t think emergency would have ever been called as everything seems needed to be , (I don’t know the word,} adjusted cuz just kept saying about being in progress over and over. Why does it get out of whack? I question it’s worth if it needs adjusting every month!

My equipment was replaced quickly. I thank everyone I spoke with when I was setting the Mobil Help unit up. The only thing I do miss is the date, time, and temperature on the unit. Otherwise everything was converted quickly. Thank you for all your representatives that helped me. Linda Facterman
