said you cancelled ambulance and came anyway.
my mother accidently rolled over in bed and her button went off . she is hard of hearing and couldn't her the lady . so you contacted my brother, well he asked you to cancel Ambulance. and you said you did. but it came anyway and we were changed $800.00 for the ambulance call wasn't happy about that at all!!!

Great Support!
I talked to a billing and technical support rep. Both were very helpful, interested in what I had to say and provided relevant information in a timely manner.

Affordable, extremely reliable, excellent knowledgeable customer, quick response time to alerts with calls to family members to follow-up on alerts.

I have always gotten wonderful help when ever I have called in. Always been very polite and will answer all my concerns.

Definitely worthwhile
Any time that my mother has pushed her button someone is immediately responding and asking her what she needs. Then someone calls me to determine what I would like done. If they feel the situation is urgent, they've called emergency services first. Also nice that a shower button and a wrist pendant is given. Great company!
