Response was poor. You had wrong address for me. It took 3 calls to get my info straight. That meant EMS didn't come for 45 mins. I doubt I will keep MH. I had called 6 weeks prior to confirm my address. It is obvious that MH did NOT update my address. I have had MH several years and the one time I really needed help MH failed me. I am 74, live alone, on an island, had just had hip replacement and became ill. I have poor cell signal and that's the reason I had MH. You totally failed me

The reason there wasn't a 5 star rating is because when I had a problem, I referred to the owners manual and what I had on hand, and your phone number wasn't included anywhere. There were several directions to call customer service. Great! There weren't any "cs" numbers anywhere. The date of occurence is approximate.
