Fortunately
Fortunately, I have not had a medical emergency. The reason for the high rating is your exellent customer service reps. Each time I have had to call they have solved my problem. I especially like the fact that I can undestand what they are saying and they speak slowly. Those attributes are difficult to come by in today's hurry up world!

My mom has had it for years
My mom has had it for years, but thankfully has not had to use it. They are very helpful when needing new equipment and testing the system. I have told many people about it!

I am a happy user of MobileHelp’s…
I am a happy user of MobileHelp’s service. My elderly friend asked me to help her get this device. Your sales people went beyond everything to give me an overview of services provided and costs. She was thrilled with everything until the equipment arrived. It was overwhelming! No amount of assurance convinced her that the bay did not have to be prominently displayed, or the wrist band not work. She didn’t want to wear the necklace even though she had ordered the new Fall monitor. Your people did everything right including an easy return of the items. I am more convinced than ever that I am doing business with the right company.
