Malfunctions
I had an issue with a wall plug and it kept disconnecting my unit. MobileHelp always sent me an e-mail and phone call to make sure everything was ok. I replaced my plug, but also found something was wrong with my unit. MobileHelp quickly replaced it. Very good service.

very quick response even when they did not know where I was they contacted my relatives and found me within minutes. highly recommend

can't get to page
can't get to page. doesn't accept password, won't take to where I can change it. Don't remnember how many times I have had to call
