Just ordered service/equipment today
Just ordered service/equipment today. First spoke with Noel two days ago and found him to be personable and helpful. Talked with him a couple more times before signing up for your service. I have high hopes for Mobile health

Charging it every day
Have to recharge it every day. When I first got it I did not have to charge it for about a week now it is every day. Not liking this at all.

MobileHelp does just what it said it…
MobileHelp does just what it said it would do. It’s easy to set up and use. I especially appreciate the FallAlert feature because my husband is deaf and does not hear me when I’ve fallen.
