Paula who sold me on the system was great and Tim who explained everything and helped me test it was very thorough and answered all my questions. So far I am very pleased.

I was told there was no setup process. Turns out there is and the client doesn’t know how to do it. I’m 1500 miles away. She also fell yesterday but didn’t have the necklace on bc of the setup problems.
