When I called to get information about Mobile Help Mark was helpful and did a good job explaining how the system works. I wish he had told me about the $100 to the person who gave me the referral, I heard about that from the recording while I was on hold. It was granted. As an older adult who uses the computer fairly well, I feel your signup instructions were confusing and asked my granddaughter to assist me.
