For my first experience with the company I was really excited and even made promo video for my socials about the company and my excitement to be using moco queen. I was not aware that the scalara lenses would not fit one of my eyes as that's never happened before. I understand opened contacts can not be returned but I was sad that when I contacted the company just looking for some help on an expensive purchase that I can't use the answer given to me was to watch a TikTok video on how to apply the lenses. Just felt like an empty handed assist. Might as well have just not responded. In those situations where there isn't much of an option to return or exchange the company should offer a % off coupon or something in return for the support of the company and the trouble the customer went through. Especially if the communication is honest and understanding. I will still order replacement lenses that are smaller but I'll still shop other companies with competitive pricing instead of strictly with moco queen as I would have liked.

I have dark brown eyes and that natural color didn’t have any impact on the color of the contacts. They are very soft and can be extremely difficult to put in for your first time. I got magic pop blue and they stand out brightly. I was so impressed with my first purchase that I got 6 more on the way
