While there was some kind of mistake with shipping the first time (it said my address was incomplete even though it wasn't and it was perfectly correct) I had to reorder but it got delivered the next time with no issues. All I did differently was add the word "APT" for my apt because I guess the mailman couldn't figure out it was an apartment number lol. So not on the company and they were quick to help me reorder and reship my order.

The contacts I ordered came in a timely manner! They are also thin and very comfortable to wear and easy to remove. I've tried other brands and always had a hard time removing them. But these ones were so easy! Love them for my Tanjiro and Demon Tanjiro cosplays! Will definitely be ordering again!

At first I bought my contacts and they came in kind except one of the pairs was ill fitting. So I reached out and the company gave me a gift card but what I ordered with the gift card didn’t arrive and they won’t refund me. They said “send back the products and we’ll give you a refund” how am I supposed to do that when I don’t have the products? They had good communication at first but if you want your money back dont bother they won’t give it to you.
