The zipper does not work well and terrible refund speed
The zipper does not work well. Refund process is extremely slow. Returned the item on April 23rd, and USPS documented delivery on April 28th. I am still waiting for refund after three weeks!

Communication is lacking.
I paid for express shipping as I wanted to use the bag for upcoming travel. Not only did I not receive the bag before my trip, but my emails (sent after the trip was over) asking for an update on my order went unanswered. It was only after I posted a comment on social media that someone responded. I replied to the response, and again there was no communication or update provided. I took to social media (again) which created a response. I did finally receive my items and have been using them. They seem to be holding up quality wise, as I am hard on bags. My hope is that the product will last considering the price.

We are sorry that shipping was slower than expected. We took a look and see that your initial email to us was on 3/22 and we responded on 3/25. It shows that on 3/27 your order shipped out. Glad that you are now enjoying your bag and we hope that it continues to go with you on all your trips

The steamer I ordered was not as…
The steamer I ordered was not as described. The instructions are also 100% in Asian, and could not read them. The steam was very slow and not very powerful.
