Moe's Southwest GrillReviews of moes.com

Orders nachos and a one of the new steak dippers. There was no queso on my nachos and I didn’t get my dipper. There was no service has really been going down. I’ve had horrible experiences the last few times I’ve ordered.

I’ve gone to the Enfield, CT Moe’s 3 times on a Thursday and bought 2 stacks using the stack Thursday deal in the app. Which is supposed to be ; Includes your favorite stack, chips, salsa, and a drink for \(\$10.49\). The past 3 times I’ve paid $20.98 for both which each time included one stack with steak. Today I tried to use the deal and the employee told me I only got $4 off each and my total was $29.98 for both meals. I argued the fact with 2 employees who both told me it cost extra because I got steak. Which doesn’t align with my past experiences and what you’re advertising. I think all your employees should be on the same page regarding the deal because you are going to lose repeat customers this way.

The manger at this store was very nice I needed 3 tacos made separately from the meat and cheese because I was traveling an hour to meet my grandchildren and I didn’t want them getting mushy and the manger accommodated my request very nicely without any hassle

I’m really disappointed with my experience at Moe’s. During the holiday promotion, I purchased a $30 gift card and received three $5 bonus cards. Unfortunately, none of the bonus cards worked when I tried to use them—at three different locations. I reached out to customer service and corporate hoping for a resolution, but never received a meaningful response or fix to the issue. It’s frustrating to support a promotion that isn’t honored, and even more disappointing when there’s no follow-up or accountability. I hope Moe’s addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience. You have lost a customer!!!

My wife and I visited the location at 6005-A wade hampton blvd, Taylor’s SC. We were denied service and made to leave due to having a task trained medical service dog. Even after trying to explain that he is a service dog and was fully vested with visible identification , we were still denied service . This was extremely embarrassing. The “manager” was very rude, judgmental and disrespectful to people with disabilities. I have sympathy for all disabled people that get thrown out that establishment. I suggest finding a place to eat that does not discriminate and accepts all people no matter of their disabilities.

Great food and statf

Their food and service is really good. The manager helped out really well.

I had a wonderful experience, the staff welcomed me in individually, my food was received in a timely manner, and beyond delicious, Brandon and Ella were very kind and made my more experience a memorable one
