Just starting the onboarding process with a momence and have learned from two tech advisors that what I was promised on my sales call isn’t possible. This is the main reason I chose Momence. Now I’m being told I’m stuck in a contract. Unreal. Says a lot about how they feel about their customers.

Don't believe whatever they tell you to get you to sign up.. they don't follow through on anything they claim, and constantly fail to provide the service they promise.. but once you transfer over and start taking payments, all your client info is locked in, and their export capabilities don't allow you to get your entire customer history/file out, so you'd have to do it manually.. I don't know who has an extra few hundred hours to spend doing this. The people who work there seem narcisistic, and seem to get pleasure out of gaslighting and making people upset. After 3-4 years with them, they are unapologetically terrible.

Sabrina, we’re sorry to hear about the ongoing frustration with communication, service, and access to customer records. These are serious concerns, especially after several years with Momence. Please contact our support team and reference this review so we can review the issues raised and clarify the options for exporting your customer history.

We’ve been using Momence extensively for Freemyme and over time it has become a very important part of how we manage our studio. What I appreciate most is the flexibility of the platform. We use it across memberships, class packs, appointments, automations, customer communication, referrals and reporting, and there is usually a way to build the workflow we need. The support team has also been consistently helpful. When we have more technical or unusual questions, they take the time to understand what we are trying to achieve rather than just giving a generic answer. There is definitely a learning curve, and for some more advanced features or edge cases the documentation could sometimes go deeper, but support has always helped us fill those gaps. Overall, we’re very happy with Momence and it has become a key part of how we run Freemyme.

Hey Antonio, Erin here with Momence. Thank you for the thoughtful review! We’re glad Momence has become such an important part of running Freemyme and that our support team has taken the time to understand your needs. We also appreciate the feedback on documentation for advanced features—knowing where more detail would help is valuable as we improve our Help Center. Thanks for being part of Momence! Lastly, would you kindly send your thoughts on which docs could go deeper to [email protected]? Our goal with the help center is that it is a one stop shop for any question you have, no matter how deep.

I needed help with a tech problem and cusomer service were fast, attentive and genuinely empathetic - didn't feel like speaking to a robot. They wanted to fix and solve my problem and so explained multiple ways around it in detail. Much appreciation to Momence for this human touch.
