Very poor service. I ordered 1 box of meals and because of poor service I was charged for 2 boxes. I got the run around when first box I got was beef which I did not request & can’t eat for health reasons. I was told that I didn’t have to pay for their error. Then the delivery got screwed up because either it wasn’t delivered (I spoke to Fedex about 1 box & it looked like it went to the wrong address) then the next package was left in the lobby of the apartment building & not at my door. So I never got it . Finally, I received the correct order & it was delivered to my door.

I did not receive my delivery "because the package was damaged" I was supposed to receive it Friday so I had to wait all weekend to contact them on Monday. Then I call Monday and they tell me that I have to wait another whole entire week to receive the replacement (they did NOT automatically ship out the replacement, it was not done until AFTER I called to find out why it wasn't delivered!) So AGAIN my shipment was to arrive on a Friday. THEN, for no reason AT ALL, (and WITHOUT TELLING ME!!), Mom's Meals decided that I could not have my package UNLESS I SIGN FOR IT!! (WHY?????!!!!!!!?????) SO, I had a DR APPOINTMENT FRIDAY MORNING SO OF COURSE, I missed delivery but it said it would be re delivered next day. Next day, NO FOOD AGAIN! Because once AGAIN the package was damaged!!!! Now I gotta wait ALL WEEKEND AGAIN, and guess what else, they WILL NOT expedite your delivery! I asked the LAST TIME and they refused, said they don't do that. So that means I will have to wait yet ANOTHER WEEK!!!!! TWO WEEKS I GET TO STARVE???? REALLY???? WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!

At 1st I like them but now I don't care for them ever week its the same food. And if you call to stop your order they might stop or the company might send it anymore .I have told this company not to send me power milk and I can't eat anything with corn and they don't listen they pack it any way and the cookie they send will the meals aren't labor and don't have that sweet taste. They taste like it was made from fake sugar that isn't good for kidney is what I was told. Plus when the put the dates on the meals sometimes its on what the name of the meals are as well it is had to open the meal before you put in the microwave and after you take it out to eat it .they have to do something better cause these older people who live alone like in the age of 70's and up can't open tight packages or lift heavy boxes im disability and I can lift mom's meal delivery boxes i have asked them to have the delivery person to bring them to my apartment door but in a few minutes yes they have done it but not now ! Who ever reads this go somewhere else for meals i don't recommend this at all

I’m not being ungrateful one bit here. Been receiving these meals about a year now and I can actually say they are the most no tasting small portioned foods ever. Have not changed the menu for different selections at all. To serve disabled people meals like these is so wrong in every way. We do deserve foods that taste decent, a such thing as lightly seasoned or use spices with great taste even, I’m not sure who’s doing the cooking of these foods? Can grab some frozen tv dinners with some great taste in flavor vs this. Just as everything else, the disabled gets screwed over and must settle for whatever comes our way. You speak with the representative regarding any upcoming new food selections getting added? Unfortunately no. It’s a part of the program to receive these meals, like I stated it’s extremely wrongful to expect us humans to eat this garbage, let me see them eat it. It’s no different then hospital food, oh wait, maybe different a bit because they put in your box Oatmeal cookies😳

Food always late no ice or gel or any cooling still working meals hot and spoiled the smell opening the box and the staff just keeps giving us the run around my disabled client has been eating PBJ because he hasn't had a hot meal in a week last shipment never showed been sitting in warehouse since Thursday that four days

I find the portions not enough. Of the 3 dinners I've eaten so far from my delivery, they contain apple sauce or a combination+some other ultraprocessed fruit out of a can. Overly sweet and this is supposed to take the place of a veggie? Yesterday I cooked a normal side of fresh veggies because Moms does not include a veggie. The entrees so far have contain all contained undercooked rice. The items were packed in the cooler were packed carelessly. The cups of applesauce, the single packs of cookies, the packs of syrup and also peanut butter and other miscellaneous items were also thrown into the container. Yes, I said thrown into the container. There was no care in the packing. These are not meals I would pay for, especially not at the price the web says they charge. A McDonald's fish sandwich or hamburger is a better meal. I just ate my dinner of Rice with some chicken bits and some broccoli bits. 99 o/o of the meal was white rice. The side was an overly sweet, over processed apple concoction. These cam courtesy of my health insurance to provide support upon hospital dismissal. Support? Unhealthy plate, 99% carbs, pure sugar with the apple concoction. I just saw further down a review describing some ingredient words that are hard to pronounce. This was dinner???? It's a shame that my insurance paid for this garbage.

I went on their website to contact someone about a meal that was shipped with the meal package cut open on their latest shipment. My parents are almost 90 now and not tech savvy. I sent in the websites customer service comment on 08-17-26 and not reply after a week. So I send another one on 08-25-26 and again, no reply. Not impressed that they will not even discuss this or even offer to replace the meal that was shipped cut open.

They are so ultra processed and packed with preservatives that they make me nauseous every time. No real ingredients. Just an arm's length of chemicals.
