Wow. Super Fast on a Thursday night!
The turn around time for an email response, on a Thursday night, is uncanny. The answer to all my questions was fast. And spot on.

So grateful for this software! I did a CoPilot comparison for software that best resembles (Old) Quicken. Moneyspire was the top pick. We're not running a big corporation. We wanted something that could do simpler tracking with room to grow. After using the trial version it seems to fit like a glove. It flawlessly loaded a QIF file and off we go. We wanted something stand-alone that offered cloud service but didn't require it. And we wanted to own it, and not rent it. The great pricing is an added bonus. P.S. Some reviews trashed Moneyspire for charging you every year for the latest version. Their support said you only pay yearly for the Online/Cloud services. The basic software in a one time purchase. It's clearly stated in the description.

trial product worked well. decided to buy it after 3 weeks. at end of trial period i could only use one of the three accounts. email support only and they did respond after a couple of days. tried their solution and it was not a solution. Now i can't open the program at all. Pathetic business handling.

I have had to contact Moneyspire customer support a few times, they're always very responsive and usually get the problem solved in a short amount of time

I would prefer to give it zero stars. Support is shocking

Have used this for several years with great success. The latest 2027 version has dropped, except no mobile apps as promised for IOS. Absolutely no response from company. Latest version not offered on app store. Makes no sense to offer no information about launch delays, etc. Not a good sign.

More than a decade ago, I purchased and used Quicken for many years, despite it having little to no support for Chile. Eventually, I lost access to it and spent years looking for alternatives. I tried Microsoft Money and many other applications, but I never found anything truly comparable. A few weeks ago, I came across Moneyspire and Moneydance. Both offered trial versions, and after testing them, I ultimately chose Moneyspire. It is much more intuitive and flexible, although both products have their own strengths and weaknesses. Issues with Moneyspire a) There are some multicurrency reporting issues when generating reports in a common currency. It duplicated exchange rates in my case, which forced me to move back to a single-currency setup (I was using CLP, USD, and GBP). b) Wide-format reports are poorly scaled and difficult to read. In this day and age, graphical elements should be used instead of text-based layouts that become distorted when resized. My workaround is to export reports to CSV and analyze them in Excel. c) It is not possible to change decimal settings. Since my base currency is the Chilean Peso (CLP), which does not use decimal places, a significant amount of screen and report space is wasted. This should be configurable. d) The Dashboard (Overview screen) is not one of its strongest features. In that regard, Moneydance provides a better experience. e) It still lacks support for Chile, particularly when it comes to importing data from local banks. What I Like About Moneyspire a) Flexibility. I can modify accounts and settings later without major issues. b) User-friendly and forgiving. It is easy to work with and accommodates adjustments well. c) Very intuitive interface. The learning curve is minimal. d) Moneyspire Connect is excellent. Being able to synchronize my data across my mobile phone, Windows PC, and Debian laptop is one of its best features. It makes capturing transactions in real time from my phone extremely convenient. It would be even better if it could integrate directly with the Google Wallet application.

3 stars because it works….but. But every year the mobile app is like a month or two behind being available, meanwhile I can’t sync from desktop to mobile or visa vis. Sent note via support email 3 times now and no answer except the auto reply. The new app Moneyspire 2027 does not exist on apple App Store, not even any Moneyspire product actually.
