Money Thumb saves me so much time
Money Thumb saves me so much time. Converting files to enable entering bank transactions into QB desktop in minutes not hours. Plus it is so accurate!

Hit and Miss
There are many times when your application does not convert the bank statement files properly, and sometimes does not convert at all.

Our customer support team would like to investigate the issue to learn more about the specific situations where the file did not convert properly, or at all. Often we can figure out why things are not working from that information, and advise you on a resolution. If we do need to investigate in detail we will likely need a PDF statement and can provide you with a procedure to remove personal information from the PDF file before you send it to us.
