My appointment was for 10 am and was told it would only take 2 hours i ain’t get out of there till 3 pm

Worst experience ever! To start the Technician apparently didn't have a clue about what he was doing. The people before me arrived at 10am and he had messed their car up so bad it wouldn't start with or without the machine. My appointment was at 1pm after I waited over an hour the Technician had the nerve to tell me I might have to reschedule. Then another car shows up being towed because they needed their system changed out because it wouldn't start either. They were an existing customer who also were having problems. Now it's 3pm and I've had enough. I tried to call the customer service department and the lady said it was out of her hands and put me on hold. Said she was going to contact the district manager for the location after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes with no response I got ticked off and left. I wasted most of my day because I chose a location 48 miles from my house to get the system installed as soon as possible from my initial call. So at the end of the day I wasted my time, still didn't get the system installed, and from my experience I WILL DEFINITELY CALL ANOTHER COMPANY!! As time permits cause now I'm moving and really needed and wanted this taken care of before hand.

The technician that installed my device was great! I did come the day before, but couldn't get enough air to complete the breath test. I went home and practiced from videos on YouTube. When I arrived again the next day, a different technician told me exactly how to do it and I made it the first try! I was so afraid I didn't have the lung capacity! Thanks to his patience and expertise!

Monitech of Hickory, NC fixed the issues I was having with my car. The technicians were very polite and knowledgeable. All the lights on my dash are now off and my interior lights and radio are working. Also my car will once again communicate with a OBD reader. My car has been restored to its original condition. Thank you Monitech of Hickory!The only reason I cannot give Monitech (as a whole) more than 3 stars is because of the call center, it is extremely hard to get someone on the phone. I am told they are working on that so I am hopeful.
