Never received the item I ordered. Avoid at all cost

The garlic shredder arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Ordered 5/15 and didn’t receive u til 6/13.

Appreciate the order. However, there is no chart identifying where each bulb can fit. That chart would help immensely.

Frustrating is an understatement. Do your research before you order. You can find this on amazon and get it much faster without the hassle of ridiculous email updates "your parcel has been updated" which gives you zero info other than the fact that it's moved from one place to another. It has taken almost a month and I still don't have it.

They should address the long stretch of time it will take to receive a purchased item. Had I known that in advance, I would never have purchased anything from them, and I will never again.

Mooddairy.com - Extremely unhappy with the delay in receiving my order. Tracking information is worthless. 14-30 days could be expected to receive the order, which is ridiculous. They don't stock these items that are cataloged. They order from China and then ship to Italy and then who know where it goes. My order is out there somewhere.

Do not order from this company!!! It is a complete scam!!!They are liars. They say that they mailed my package. They never did they send fake tracking numbers and they give no refunds.
