Very quick response to an inquiry I had about shipping and an excellent source for a broad range of audio related information. Moon Audio is also my preferred source for IEM cables (Bronze & Silver), primarily because they match the product description claims and for a fair price.

I was then given - the same day - honest and unbiased advice… not steered towards the most expensive. Because my order was effectively custom, they had to set up a 'custom cart'. Also done immediately. The cable (which has really made a difference) was prepared and despatched - again - the same day, and arrived quickly. Exemplary service in every way. Couldn't be happier.
