Easy checkout, had the right part

This is a good part at a good price. But I don't know if you have it?

Being able to talk to a real person when placing an order. And the shipping charges was one price than it rises two hours later

I tried calling to talk to a person to ask a couple questions and I kept getting the go around by the phone directory never being able to speak to anyone
