My order of two athletic shorts arrived after more than one month. The quality was extremely poor, and although their website states that you can return the items for a full refund, it was not possible to return the items. Total scam!

Heads Up: Fraudulent charges immediately appeared on my credit card from "Justen Trading Co. Limited" after I made my purchase from Moraltrnte. I didn't see the fraudulent charges until a month later. For a month, I had been looking for my purchase charge from Moraltrnte, but it never showed up. The merchandise was deplorable, a bad joke, and they finally agreed to refund me a small fraction of what I had paid. The refund was from "Justen Trading Co. Limited" and the fraudulent charges were also from Justen Trading Co Limited. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one; all kinds of headaches. The bank/credit card people were very helpful. The details of this international scam are public knowledge; you can read about it online. It was quite an education.

I received my purchase on July 13, I need to return size too small. I am in communication with customer service for return and refund.

Would give zero stars if I could. This company is in China. I ordered two pairs of shorts and the quality of the shorts is awful. Nothing like what’s pictured in their photos on the internet. The sizing is also wrong. I contacted them to do a return and they offered me $8 for the $44 purchase. Then they tell you that it will be very expensive for me to ship the products back. I contacted my credit card company and gave them screenshots of the emails from the company. Fortunately, my credit card company gave me a credit for the entire amount. Don’t buy anything from this company.

The units are very fragile - I ripped the first one I tried. My fatty-fingered husband will not be able to use them.

Way too many stupid emails from these sellers and not enough action. The advertisers should be honest and tell people these garments come from China, are cheaply made, threads hanging from them because they are poorly manufactured and the material is nothing at all like what the FB ad shows. Mine are too small and I’m not happy with the thin, crinkly material and fragile band around the waist that flips over on itself. Summer would be over by the time another pair arrived.

I thought it took a very long time but I guess they came from Ireland? They don’t fit…can they be returned and exchanged?
