Great product, great service

My experience was great! Thank you.

Great! Very fun build.

It is a Christmas present so unopened

Some pieces needed sanding and fixing, but overall it is a good experience.

Initially I experienced delivery delays due to a packaging issue but contacting Mostarle support was easy and their response fast and efficient. Excellent customer service. I was able to track my parcel once it had been dispatched. I had ordered the Dragonfly. Opening the outer brown box I was greeted by a shining silver box which looked and felt like I was about to open a very special present to myself. The contents were packaged well the tools metal and fully functional. Cannot wait to start building.
