I recently purchase zbrush 4r7. I am totally satisfied with motion media. they not only delivered on time like they said. Also the price was about $150 cheaper, than amazon or straight from pixologic itself. I will always check with motion media for any new software I will be buying in the future.

UPDATE: It appears that it was a UPS issue and MM has refunded a portion of the shipping costs... FIVE stars! Previous entry: The ordering process and customer service by phone were great, but the shipping leaves a little to be desired. We spent $40+ for UPS 2-Day and it took four days to arrive. Also, the tracking number didn't arrive via email until *after* the product arrived. I am willing to try order again though.

I saw the 5 star ratings of motion media, and I thought I would get decent service. Their service was better than decent. From the customer service to the delivery, the experience was flawless. From knowing if the item was in stock to suggestion on how the item should be shipped to product quality, my experience was flawless with Motion Media. Yes, they deserve the 5 star and 100% ratings that are posted. I WILL order form them again.

This purchase was made by Grandfather for Grandson who is a freshman at college. The desired item is necessary for one of his classes in the spring semester 2015. Motion Media explained to me that proper and acceptable college ID was required. This was quickly done on my part. Once Motion Media had this proper information, the order was processed and sent off. I received the item in three days. Very well boxed and quickly delivered. Motion Media provided a very satisfying shopping experience. The Motion Media staff was available at any time I needed assistance in completing the order process.
