The purchasing experience was great
The purchasing experience was great. The product quality is excellent. I would highly recommend it to everyone. The only reason why I did not give MPM a 5 star rating is because MPM advertised that I would get my products within 2 business days, but they failed to deliver. I would have appreciated if I received a proper notification about the delay, but instead I had to reach out to the company for an update on my order status. Overall the product is great and I will continue to do business with them.

Hello Harkee, First of all, thank you for choosing our store. It was a pleasure to create this special motorcycle mat for you. We appreciate your kind words about our product and service. If there was any issue, I apologize for it. When I reviewed your order, I see that the total order and delivery time was approximately 1 week. I take this as feedback, and we will always strive to do even better. Our products and we are always at your service. If you have any different questions or suggestions, please don't hesitate to let us know. Until we meet again... Best regards,
