They will change your proxy port without reason and refuse to compensate you for it. At any given moment they'll assign you new proxy ports and your old ports will stop working. They do not send emails about any change, they just make it without prior notice. Then when asked to be reimbursed, they told me they wouldn't. So just keep in mind that at any moment your proxies can stop working, so if money is on the line, or you are going to use the proxies for any automation, find another proxy provider, they are the first and only ones that have done this (more than once).
