ISent numerous emails as purchased…
ISent numerous emails as purchased goods through a company called Rosie-leeds.com however payment was taken under the name Movattis! I received one reply… i sent emails to you a the mail bounced back undelivered. Simply advising me that my orders are in transit and should arrive in approximately 4–6 days is not a satisfactory response, particularly as I specifically paid for express delivery on both purchases, asked for the following information for both orders, #1429 (29 September 2026) and #1499 (2 October 2026): 1. The full legal name and registered business address of the company that has taken my payment. 2. The country from which each order was dispatched. 3. The name of the courier and the individual tracking number for each parcel. 4. The delivery timeframe that was advertised and promised when I placed each order and paid for express delivery. 5. Confirmation of whether the express-delivery service I paid for has been provided in accordance with the advertised terms. Your statement that you have experienced delays does not explain why my orders have been delayed or whether the express-delivery service I purchased is being honoured. If the delivery timeframe paid for cannot be met, I expect the express-delivery charges to be refunded. Please also clarify the basis on which you are holding out your business as Rosie Leeds and ensure that the actual seller’s identity and dispatch arrangements are clearly explained. Please provide a substantive response addressing each of these points within 48 hours of this email. If you do not provide the requested information or resolve the delivery issue, I will consider contacting my payment provider to discuss the available options for disputing the transactions and seeking an appropriate refund. For the avoidance of doubt, this complaint relates to both orders, and I expect a separate tracking number and dispatch ? I am writing again following receipt of one pair of shoes from my order. I am extremely dissatisfied with the goods supplied. The quality is unacceptable, and the soles are coming away. I also have serious concerns about the authenticity of the footwear, as it does not appear to be as represented in your advertising. I have attached a photograph as evidence of the shoes received. I am retaining the footwear, packaging and order documentation. Your previous response failed to address my original questions about your company’s legal identity, the country of dispatch, tracking details and the express-delivery service I paid for. I now require: 1. A full refund for the faulty pair, including the applicable delivery charges. 2. Confirmation of the status and tracking details of my outstanding order. 3. Confirmation of the procedure for returning the faulty goods, with no unreasonable return costs imposed on me. 4. The full legal name and registered address of the company that took my payment. 5. An explanation of the concerns regarding product quality and authenticity. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality and match their description. I am requesting that this matter be resolved promptly. Please provide a substantive response within 48 hours. If you fail to resolve this complaint, I will consider raising a dispute with my payment provider and reporting the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities. I expect a proper response addressing each point, rather than a generic message about delivery. Order #1429 – 29 September 2026 Order #1499 – 2 October 2026
