They know what they're doing, and they do it more than well, always leaving a smile on your face in the process. Best of recommendations!

Amazing company, the way Mike and Andrew go through the way your body works is incredible and fun. The 30 day free trial is amazing, they’ve really encouraged me to Take care of myself. I recommend them to everyone I run into! Thank you moveU team!

This program is worth every penny you spend and then some, but you have to make the commitment to spend the time and energy following the program.. The MOVEU group and members will support your failures and successes, but it's up to you to meet them half-way and do the work consistently." Fix Yo S..t" isn't just a catchy slogan...it's a guide to living your life and taking responsibility for your health and, for some, pain relief. Give it some time and you will be amazed at the changes you see in your body and mind.

Knowledgable and thorough system for getting in touch with and improving the function and health of your body. Extra credit for being based on actual proven science in a field (Health & Nutrition) where 90% of all information is more or less misleading with the end goal of selling worthless products.

I have been in severe chronic pain for years from a car accident. I started the moveu program with the 30 day trial. This was an amazing opportunity to start the program. The moveu team is so supportive and the facebook group was awesome. I joined the forever fix program and the larger facebook group at the end of my trial and I am continuing to work on the program. I am having some issues with changes in my condition, and the moveu team is so supportive. They have proven time and again they will be there help me through any setbacks, and help figure out how to keep moving forward. I have complete faith in the program and the people behind it. I want to say thank you so much to the entire moveu team for continuing to support me as I learn to fix my body.
