MoveU has been amazing. They're content has been a game changer for the way I approach movement and rehab. I've tried all different products, programs, and techniques, but this is the first one that has given me relief and confidence.

I have been doing MoveU daily (almost!) for 6 months. The feedback, almost daily, and the easy to understand written Modules and videos from Andrew has been what keeps me going. My pain has diminished and I always feel better after my workouts.
