This is my third order from MoYu. On the second order I had ordered some puzzles that were out of stock. I was quickly contacted by Ms. Sophia. She explained the situation and offered a refund or store credit. I chose refund and had my money returned the next day. Ms. Sophia was so professional and polite. I was also surprised to have my money returned so quickly. It's just so refreshing to get such good service. In life things happen but how this was handled you have made a loyal customer Ms. Sophia. So many puzzles and skill levels to choose from. Great prices and incredible customer service! Shipping can take a few weeks but they keep you informed of the progress all the way until it arrives. I have bought from them multiple times and never a bad experience.

I have always had a great experience with MoYustore when buying models. For the first time recently I had an item ship which was missing a few small parts. I emailed them and they replaced them right away, free of charge. Great prices, amazing models and great customer service. The anglerfish and praying mantis now sit on my desk at work and they look awesome!
