Had the phone for a few months now and …
Had the phone for a few months now and it just shuts off sometimes for no reason.

It is an operable like new smartphone. The website is a little misleading by telling people these phones are brand new. Also my front face camera does not work and the 14 day return policy is a very small window for someone to get to a post office to deal with the hassle of an exchange.
