One of the 36” candles base fell off, it looks like the glue let go.

VERY highly recommended!
The order came promptly and was in perfect condition. I was happily surprised how pretty this actually is. Very reminiscent of the vintage trees, but so much prettier and brighter with the use of the LED lights in the ornaments. Extremely pleased with this purchase!

Poor service
Placed order was not shipped for 4-5 days in the meantime got email saying item price was now cheaper because of Black Friday sales. Contacted customer service and they basically told me tough luck , even thou the product had yet been shipped. Product was fine when arrived and works as advertised. Doubt if would order from Mr Christmas as Customer Service is Bah Humbug!
