I read a review on Kitchn about Mr. Steak and was intrigued. After discussing it with my husband, I decided to give it a try... OMG!!! I wasn't disappointed! When my order arrived, it was packaged exactly as described on the website. Our box contained burgers, filets, strip steaks and a boneless ribeye. The craft brisket burgers were wonderful!! They were huge, juicy and packed so much flavor that minimal seasoning was required! The filet was absolutely the best we've ever had!! It literally melted in our mouths! We can't wait to try the rest of our box!!!

So far, we’ve only had the 12 oz ribeye, which was delicious. I was surprised, however, to see that the thickness was not uniform across the steak. It tapered noticeably from one end to the other, preventing an even cook.

Hi Karen! Thanks so much for trying our 12oz ribeye! We hope you've had a chance to try some of our other steaks by now. We appreciate your note about the thickness. We've worked on this and I think you'll find an even thickness moving forward! Thanks for taking the time to write us a review and happy grilling! Liz
