Ordered Muddy Mats buy two get one free. Had a problem not receiving the entire order. But the seller/customer service was understanding and corrected the problem and I have received my missing muddy mat. Very courteous and professional.

Before ordering, I wondered/ questioned what made this mat different from any other chenille rug. I now understand: Excellent service and fast shipping. It's much thicker and heavier than my chenille bathroom rugs. It does not slide around, even on my vinyl floors. I also like the burgundy color. Having surgery so knew I would not be able to be up and about. Being as our backyard is comprised mostly of sand as well as an active dog, my floors stay sandy/gritty, even when vacuumed daily. Cannot say the mat has stopped ALL the sand but definitely the majority of it. Also having cats that like to roll and curl up in any rug they find, this mat is heavy enough they have not even tried it. It has not rained so cannot address the water absorbancy but am impressed by the LACK OF tracking through the door.

I have only had The Muddy Mats down by the back door for a couple weeks but I can already see it’s picking up the dirt and mud off the dogs paws. It’s great! I am looking forward to a lot less mud and snow tracked into the house this winter!!

I've ordered twice and each time I thought I was ordering the a 3' x 4' and I've received a 2x3 ft. not what I wanted or paid for :(

Advertising not clear enough.What i thought would be less than $50 turned out to be more than double that amount. I canceled the order. Afraid to try it again.

These are the best mats I’ve ever used. As a mom of 4 ages 11 to 2, there is always dirt coming in my house. I’m constantly shocked by just how much these mats hold while still looking clean. Will never use any other mat. We had a pool party this summer and had no puddles on the floor from kids coming in and out of the house. Then we just threw them in the washer.

As soon as I pushed the purchase button, I realized that my delivery address was my old house. I immediately emailed customer service explaining what I did. The next day, I called them. The lady on the phone was kind and assured me that she changed the address for me. I NEVER heard back from customer service via email. Two weeks later, I received a call from the new homeowner of my old house. My address issue was never changed and she had my box. I would have liked a response from my original email. Thank goodness the lady was honest. My $300 order could have been lost and I’m not sure if customer service would have followed through.

Received the doggy bed … unpacked it… our dog jumped on it and knew it was for him. He is a rescue dog and we don’t think he ever had his own bed! Made us very happy!!
