Muddy Mats are the best! We use them in the bathrooms, the entry ways, the garage. They are the perfect rug! Easy to wash and dry and so absorbent! We bought our first 2 muddy mats last fall(2024) and bought 2 more this spring (2025)!

When I placed my order 2 items besides the rugs had been ordered that I didn’t want. I called customer service and they fixed my order. Be aware if you get free shipping there is still a small handling fee added to the order. Customer service was easy to deal with.

Hi Carin, we're pleased to hear our customer service team was able to assist you efficiently. Your feedback regarding the handling fee is appreciated and will be taken into consideration as we continually work to enhance our services. We value your business and thank you for choosing us.

Muddy Mats are great! We have a runner, and just bought another runner, a medium mat and a small mat. I accidentally ordered the wrong color, contacted Muddy Mat about how to correct this, and they were so prompt and helpful letting me know what to do. Excellent customer service.

Our Shih Tzu have always tracked everything into our camper. We used the mat while on a 4-week trip. the entry mat noticeably cut down dirt and leaves. But more important, the mats made it much safer when navigating the 7"-8" drop out of the camper's shower [I am 75 and have balance issues.
Response from Muddy Mat®· Oct 5, 2025
Hi Linda, we're glad to hear the mat helped reduce tracked-in dirt and provided added safety in your RV—especially around the shower area. It's great to know our product supported your comfort and stability during your travels. Wishing you many more safe and enjoyable adventures!

These are great. Ended up in the bathroom for my husband who is disabled. They don't move, unlike previous bath mats I tried, minimizing the fall hazard. Absorbent to the max, and wash well.

Hi Tom, we're delighted to hear the mats are providing safety and comfort for your husband. Your satisfaction means a great deal to us.

This mat is the best ever door mat. It really does what it says. No wet paw or shoe marks on the floor. I bought one to try and was so pleased I bought another. Both in the burgundy colour which looks lovely this time of year. Would highly recommend. No more wiping floor after my dog's wet paw marks, thankyou Muddymat
