Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I have three dogs these rugs saved my hardwood floors in I do wash them every other week in they still look nice in hold up great condition love ❤️ them

I have purchased 6 muddy matts and I love them. However, they FALL APART when you wash them. I called customer service and they told me there was a 90 guarantee. My mats weren't even close to being dirty in 90 days, so I didn't wash them within that time period. The FIRST time I washed them (following the instructions), the corners came apart. I'll be looking for a comparable matt to purchase as the Muddy Mats aren't worth the money, are made cheaply and fall apart.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Their 60 day warranty is a joke. They tall apart after ONE washing, and thats following their directions. It was past the 60 day period when I called to express my concern, and their customer service did not deliver. I wasn't expecting a replacement, but some sort of goodwill gesture would have been nice.

I just ordered two, get one free deal.. But they advertise antislip mats, which is a great selling point. But not once, but three times, while trying to check it attempted to get me to add the trip pads to make it extra non slip. I immediately sent two emails to Customer Service to notify them that I did not want their antislip grippers that they forced on me. When I tried to back out of making the purchase it completed anyway and I'm getting antislip mats that are not ANTISLIP as advertised on the site. And, I’m getting their grippers I did not want. I, too tried to leave a review about my experience to give others this warning. But, there is no where to achieve this. I was scammed and do not appreciate this dishonesty. What began as a $39.99 purchase turned into a $70 purchase.

I would like to tell a little story about my muddy mats. I have 6, and most of them the largest they make.. I can testify that the durability is just outstanding. Two of my largest have withstood 2 skunk sprays, which lead to 2 intense power washing and scrubbing over the past several months. I have 2 very naughty Australian Sheppards who put them to the test on a daily basis. We use the air hose on them, vacuum nearly daily. These rugs are amazing, pricey but well worth the money.

great product, performs as advertised.helps with sand water and dirt being tracked in. effective with vinyl and wood

These mats are the greatest thing since sliced bread. These mats look great all the time. Pick them up shake, it's unbelievable how much dirt is caught. I have a number of these mats. Will get more I'm sure.

I LOVE MY RUGS, I saw an ad that muddy mats were not doing so well, I do not understand!! I have these rugs in the house and the camper, huge difference!! We not only like them, our dogs and cats do too, they always lay on them. When I shake them outside, so much pet hair has collected on them and it doesn't show. They wash up well too!! I even bought the large pet bed, also a keeper!
