UPDATED: What a surprise!!just opened my front door to 3 brand new mats with a color that is definitely BEIGE. So happy with the customer service since I hadn’t even asked for this!!way to go Muddy Mat! My husband was shocked at how well they worked! I would have given it 5 stars but I was a little bit disappointed in the color. I ordered beige but it’s more camel colored (more orange toned than tan toned)

I purchased the muddy mats dog bed in December, it took over a month to arrive. The cover is held together at the bottom by velcro. That didn't hold for long. The first time I washed the bed the seams ripped in multiple places and my washing machine was full of stuffing. The bed was supposed to be washable. Super expensive for a bed that didn't even last 3 months.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the dog bed, Ashley — that’s not the quality we aim for. We’ve sent a request for your contact information and order details so we can look into this further and make things right. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We are using our rugs in our restaurant and they are fabulous. They catch all the snow, water, salt before our customer's reach the floor in our restaurant helping us to not have white marks from the salt on our hardwood floors. I sent an e-mail to them to thank them for the rugs and what a good job they are doing and within a few hours we received a thank you. Amazing!!! Most companies don't care, but muddymats cared and sent an e-mail back thanking us for our e-mail that we were so happy about the rugs!

Love the mats. Ordering was confusing. Somehow I ended up ordering a grey instead of beige. However, the mats are amazing! Would love the larger mats, but they are pricey.

Thank you for your feedback, Tammy! We’re so glad you’re loving the mats — even if the color mix-up snuck in. We totally understand about pricing on the larger sizes, and we’ll be sure to keep your input in mind for future promotions. Thanks again for your support!

These mats are fantastic. Not just for catching muddy paws debris, but for anyone walking in the house. I use them in the kitchen too. They are so comfortable to stand on. I also appreciate how colorfast they are. No matter how much you wash them, they always come out looking new

Thank you so much for your kind review, Kathi! We’re so glad to hear that the mats are working great for you, both for muddy paws and comfort in the kitchen. We truly appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you again!

The mats work really well. I do think you need to make sure that they see animals standing on the mat to get dirty paws clean though because I have to make mine stay on it or wipe them on it. If she just runs across like the ads show, it doesn't always get all of the water or dirt.

Hi Brandy, thank you for your review and for being a loyal customer with three mats! We appreciate your feedback and will definitely take it into consideration. We're happy to hear they work well overall, and we’ll keep working on ways to improve their effectiveness. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!
