I was leaving for a trip and was trying to buy a drone from you guys and had to send in all this extra stuff when I was not near a scanner to send a paper to you guys.

Service was great, Extra steps, not so great.
Service was great. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because of extra steps we needed to do like sign a credit card waiver and scan and fax back for $1500 purchase.

Multicopter Warehouse is a leader in the US drone market. All who work there have strong knowledge about the industry. They are very capable of helping you with your drone needs. They provide training classes and operate as an official DJI repair center. Over the years the majority of my purchases have come from MCW. I've never had any issues.
