On attempting to leave server again slow to actually not happening. bought a new server with Host Havoc to be fair they had same issues. fixed in five minutes. Sorry I am refering to 7 days to die. My honest opinion, Muliplay has no Idea of how to run a 7 day to die server so set at a low price while they practice on. As an odd concept thought having a 24 hour same service rep. One may believe its a bull crap mumbai service lie once lie twice your a fool. Had a further update I have been with service to long for a refund. Or I was serviced long enough for them to take money. Buyer beware bunch of thieves

Hello Gordon, I'm really sorry that you have experienced issues with your server. As you did not leave your MH number from what I can see, I am unable to take a look at your support history and what was wrong with the server. I would really appreciate if you could contact us to discuss the issues you experienced as it is my job to make sure that this doesn't happen again. Thanks, Mike Assis Technical Operations Lead

When I saw the price I was surprised. It seemed like a good deal for a server. After purchasing the sever I soon looked though its interface. What I found was a confusing mess. The controls seemed self explanatory but they were missing fine control. As someone who has run multiple servers before on his personal computer and on other hosts, I was left wanting more from Clanforge. Then came the problems. While messing with the settings I broke my sever. After seeing I could not fix it I contacted support. This was when my experience became much better. My questions were quickly answered and my sever was back up and running. Throughout the rest of my use I ran into no further problems. All in all I would recommend this service to others

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are always looking for ways to improve our system. One thing we have noticed is a lot of people are struggling to use clanforge. We are aware of this and are looking at ways to make clanforge easier to use and more user friendly in general. I'm really happy that our support team were able to help you out and turn your experience with us right round. I'll be sure to thank them for you :) Thanks again, Mike Assis Technical Operations Lead

Server is great, and support is quick to respond to requests. There have been a few instances where I've asked for an update to be applied to the server, and it's not applied correctly. A few restarts later, the pop drops to zero, and I've got to hope more jump in. I'm chalking it up to growing pains and the server being new. I'm looking forward to not needing to double check the support requests :)

Hello Major, Thank you for your rating! Due to the size of Rust and the amount of servers we host, we are required to test each update on our system before rolling out to our customer's servers. This is to make sure that the game is working as it should and that there is no game breaking problems with it that might take all of these servers offline. While our update system is pretty quick, sometimes it can take a little bit longer than normal depending on what is happening at the time. Our target is to always update the game in under an hour from when the update is released on steam. I hope that clears up any confusion :) Thanks Mike Assis Technical Operations Lead

We had a Farming Simulator 17 server but cancelled after one month. It took ages to upload or download any mods and it would never auto restart after an overnight boot. As I also have a VPS so I bought a new copy of FS17 and installed it on that. Runs fine.

Hello Jeff, I'm really sorry that your experience with us wasn't as expected. I would be more than happy to take a look into this myself to see if we could get this problem sorted for you. Just submit a ticket to our support team (Which I'm personally working on this week) and I'll investigate this further :) Thanks! Mike Assis Technical Operations Lead
