Best customer support, and that really matters in this type of services. Never had issues with them and my inquires where about server setup for a niche game. They managed to help inside one day.

I am new to this host but had to open a ticket because servers had errors in booting. Support reached out pretty fast and fix in no time. I am hoping this stays consistent when opening tickets in the future.

The emails are impossible to read with dark grey text on a dark grey background. I received 3 emails at the exact same time informing me of "no payment received", "a final warning", "service shut down" all at the exact same time.

User Error on my part. Tried to log in through Multiplay, not realizing Clan Forge is where all changes are made. Thanks for the response and help! So far loving the service!
